Je genauer Sie wissen, unter welchen Umweltbedingungen Ihre Rollen eingesetzt werden, desto gezielter sollten Sie diese darauf abstimmen.

So sind vorzeitige Ausfälle der Rolle durch Korrosion, Oberflächenveränderungen, Festigkeitsverluste, Versprödung oder der Verlust von Schmierstoffen zu verhindern. Eine sorgfältige Abstimmung aller Komponenten garantiert die maximale Lebensdauer.

Prüfen Sie deshalb genau, welche chemischen Substanzen und Umgebungseinflüsse am Einsatzort vorhanden sind. Außerdem ist die Reaktion der Materialien von weiteren Faktoren abhängig, z. B. Kontaktdauer und Konzentration der angreifenden Substanzen sowie von Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur.
